基本信息

王广华,男,1981年生,理学博士,副教授,内蒙古赤峰人。主要从事海洋细菌新物种资源研究。

建立了基于海洋微藻的富集培养技术体系,并利用该技术发掘大量海洋细菌新物种,建立海洋细菌2个新科(Wenzhouxiangellaceae & Kangiellaceae8个新属12个新种。此外,还利用常规方法分离海洋细菌新物种1个新属2个新种。

近年来,围绕微生物-珊瑚共附生关系开展珊瑚适应性相关研究,通过纯培养办法从强适应性或先锋珊瑚种中分离海洋微生物,研究相关微生物与珊瑚之间的关系,以探索微生物在珊瑚适应环境变化中的作用。

累计发表SCI论文38篇,其中第一作者13篇,通讯作者5篇;中文核心16篇,会议论文1篇。申请专利6项,授权6项。

作为特邀审稿人为Environmental MicrobiologyInternational Journal of Systematic and Evolutionary MicrobiologyAntonie Van Leeuwenhoek等微生物专业期刊审稿;同时作为特邀专家开展海洋微生物资源研究理论和技术培训。
